    Most AMĀR jewellery products are crafted from stainless steel. Any products not made from stainless steel will have clear descriptions indicating the materials used.

    All AMĀR jewellery are made of high quality stainless steel and are hypoallergic and waterproof. To ensure the longevity of your AMĀR jewellery, follow these care instructions: 1. Keep away from moisture and water. 2. Remove when sleeping. 3. Allow cosmetics to dry before wearing and remove while applying makeup. 4. Clean gently with the AMĀR microfiber cloth. 5. Store in a jewellery box or pouch, keeping pieces separate to avoid scratches and tangling. 6. Remove when active.

    Products featuring natural stones, rhinestones, and zircons may vary in appearance due to the unique nature of these materials. Natural variations in color, texture, and size can result in differences between products and from the images displayed.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    We do not offer refunds except in cases where the item arrives damaged. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please send us a photo on the same day of receiving the item (within 24 hours) for a refund to be considered.
  • Can I return my item for an exchange?
    Yes, you can exchange any full-priced item as long as it is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging and with all original tags. Items must be exchanged within 15 of receiving the order.
  • What is the policy for earrings?
    Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

    Sale items are not eligible for exchange unless they are received damaged. Damaged sale items must also be reported with photographic evidence on the same day of receipt.
  • Can I exchange an item purchased at full price for a sale item?
    No, full-priced items can only be exchanged for items at their original, non-discounted prices. For example, if you purchased an item for €30 at full price, you may only exchange it for an item priced at €30 or more based on the starting (non-sale) price.
  • What if my exchange item doesn’t meet the return criteria?
    If your returned item does not meet our return criteria (unworn, undamaged, in original packaging), we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
  • How long do I have to make an exchange?
    You have 15 from the date you receive your order to request an exchange.

    If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value. If you prefer to wait for the item to restock, we can notify you once it becomes available.

    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email if the exchange has been approved. If the item does not meet our criteria, we will explain why the exchange was not approved.

    The shipping method for orders to Cyprus and Greece is Box Now and ACS.

    Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Typically, orders in Cyprus are delivered within 2-4 business days. For Greece, it may take 3-5 business days.
  • What are the shipping prices?
    Our shipping prices vary based on the destination and shipping method. For example, shipping to Cyprus via Box Now costs 2 euros, while shipping to Greece costs 7 euros. Alternatively, ACS shipping to Cyprus ranges from 3.40 to 6.40 euros, depending on the selected method and weight.
  • What happens if my package is lost or delayed during shipping?
    AMAR is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to courier issues. However, we will assist you in tracking your order and resolving any shipping issues. If you’ve used a trackable service, you may be able to file a claim with the shipping provider.
  • What if I provide an incorrect shipping address?
    Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. AMAR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot modify the address.
  • Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
    Once an order has been placed, it is processed immediately to ensure quick delivery. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are confirmed.
  • What is your policy for orders during busy sale periods?
    During peak sale periods, such as holidays, processing times may be longer than usual. Please allow additional time for order processing and delivery. Sale items are also subject to our exchange and return policies as outlined.

    Yes, we do offer pre-orders for select items. Pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. However, if the item is out of stock in our warehouse at the time of processing, you will receive a full refund.
