Return & Exchange Policy

At AMAR, we aim to provide you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully:
1. Exchanges Only
AMAR does not offer refunds, except in cases where the item is received damaged.
If your item is damaged upon arrival, you must provide photographic evidence of the damage on the same day you receive the item. Please email us at amar.official.cy@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
For non-damaged items, we offer exchanges only. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Exchanges can be made within 15 of receiving the item.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
3. Initiating an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at amar.official.cy@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees for exchanges unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange. If the item does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
4. Shipping for Exchanges
AMAR is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
